This is our specialty — the van says Leak Squad and we mean it. A high water bill, a warm spot on the floor, the sound of running water with everything off: we track hidden leaks in walls, under floors and underground with acoustic listening devices, in-line scope cameras and pressure testing, and pinpoint it before it becomes a slab or foundation problem. We find it precisely, then repair it properly.
No hot water is one of the fastest calls to solve. We diagnose the heater on site — pilot, element, thermostat or a tank that is simply done — and either get it running again the same visit or swap it for a new gas, electric or tankless unit sized right for the house. Old unit hauled off, the space left clean.

We repair and install gas lines for water heaters, ranges, dryers, pool heaters, generators and outdoor kitchens, pressure-test the line, and check for leaks so it is safe.
