Our home base. Slab and hidden leaks found and fixed, plus water heaters, gas lines and drains across Midlothian.
Encore Plumbing is a Midlothian company, and the Leak Squad van works out of here. We cover the whole town, from the older streets around downtown to the newer subdivisions that keep going up along US 287 and US 67, on everything from a hidden slab leak to a new tankless water heater.
We are licensed and insured, and the work is done under TX Master Plumber License M-36931, the same number lettered on the side of the van. Call or text (214) 325-8046, Monday to Saturday, 7 to 5, and tell us what is going on.
Midlothian has grown fast, and a lot of its homes are newer builds on concrete slabs. The ground under them is Blackland Prairie clay, which swells when it is wet and shrinks hard in a dry summer, and that movement stresses the water and drain lines running beneath the floor. A slab leak usually shows up as a warm spot on the floor, a water bill that keeps climbing, or the sound of water running with every tap off. North Texas water also leaves mineral scale behind, which wears on water heaters and fixtures over time.

It can be. A hot water line leaking under the slab warms the concrete above it. We confirm it with pressure testing, then pinpoint it with acoustic listening and scope cameras so only one spot gets opened.
